TRADITIONAL NEPALI YOGA
Yoga classes at various locations with Dr. Nirmal Raj Gyawali
Cost 2,000 yen per class.

This is a traditional Yoga originated from Nepal, having its history of being practiced for over many centuries in Nepal. There are over millions of Yoga postures or Asanas, some of which we unknowingly, do in our daily life. But practicing them in a correct manner in the guidance of a proper instructor –is what Yoga is all about. Yoga, itself being the cure of many diseases-brings fruitful results if practiced with sincerity and devotion.
Hatha Yoga is a hands free exercise that can easily be performed anywhere and everywhere under the guidance of a certified instructor and a naturopath. While practicing different postures, it helps to open the joints, stretch muscles and activate blood circulation of our body. Pranayamas or breathing techniques help students to increase their willpower, inner strength and it is a good exercise to their heart and lungs. At the same time, relaxation helps to recharge our body and tense muscles, whereas, meditation recharges our mind. Without physical health, there is no mental health.
In this Hatha Yoga class that runs for an hour and half, students will experience an authentic journey through:
Yoga-its introduction
Practice of postures or Asanas
Relaxation
Meditation
If you want your kids to take benefit from this unique Nepali Yoga and experience its peaceful journey, join in with them. Please contact nepalyoga@yahoo.com for location info.
