Hello,
I would like to know which agencies conduct IELTS exam in Tokyo and what is their fee and contact number.

There are three places in Japan (Nagoya, Osaka and Tokyo) that give this exam according to the IELTS web site (www.ielts.org). They are all The British Council.
The location for the one in Tokyo is:
