I am trying to find out where I can by school caps for first graders in Tokyo ... You know these yellow, green, blue, red caps with protection against sunburn in the neck.
Can anybody help?

You can go to AKACHAN HONPO of JR Line Gotanda station. When you get off the station, just turn right and you will see the bus terminal. On the left end you can see the TOC bus terminal(Red bus). It's a free ride and take off on the last stop. AKACHAN HONPO is on the 5th floor of the building.
