Where are these locations in Tokyo and surrounding areas? I have looked in the yellow pages online but it doesn't find them.

I am somewhere in Tookaichiba and I'd like to know where the nearest Toys R Us store is. I've checked the location thru their site but I could not read the map. Is there anyone who could read japanese text and could please give me details as to how far from the station the store is? I would really appreciate your help. Thanks a lot!
