America's chain store filled with junky plastic stuff to make teenage and tweenage girls happy is growing fast in Japan. I first noticed Clair's on Takeshita Alley in Harajuku, but easier for me to get to is the one at Sunshine City, Ikebukuro. The prices in some cases are outrageous but they have stuff that is hard to find ! (Like pink feather boas or rhinestone initial charms.)
