By Linda Gondo on Sunday, February 12, 2006 - 4:24 pm:Mina, I have seen them advertised here from time to time. http://www.nissen.co.jp/index.htm
By Scott Hancock on Sunday, February 12, 2006 - 4:55 pm: I believe Sports Authority in Odaiba has a few.
By Trupti Gandhi on Sunday, February 12, 2006 - 8:11 pm:Mina, if you do not mind a used one like new, we have one to sell... we got it for 30,000 yen+ delivery from nissen... do not mind selling it for 20,000 yen... you pay the delivery or pick it up from koto-ku, kiba... we got it for my hubby... he used it only for a week... here is the nissen link.. http://www.nissen.co.jp/src/direct_sho/index_s.jsp?head=%2Fhead&main=%2Fc_item%2F2006spr%2Fsho_item%2F0610%2F0610_55203 if you are interested write to me on truptigandhi[at]yahoo.com.
By Mina on Saturday, March 25, 2006 - 10:17 am: Trupti, Can you please tell what all functions the treadmill has and why are you selling it? I understand it has a weight limit of 100kg, I am slighting more than that, would that be an issue? thanks
By Jayne on Saturday, March 25, 2006 - 3:25 pm:I have one that I could sell too. Although it's might not be what you would consider a "reasonable price". I bought it for 300,000yen and would sell it for 150,000yen. It has a top speed of 18kms/hour and a motorised lift that can create an incline of up to 15%. It is a SportsArt3108 and is pretty much the same as the one in this pamphlet (pdf file) http://www.sportsartamerica.com/v2/pdf_brochure/3100%20series%20Brochure.pdf except that it doesn't have a heart monitor and is in Japanese. I'm not desperate to sell it but I hardly ever use it and it is just taking up space in the apartment. It's very sturdy & comes with a lifetime guarantee. It would need to be picked up from Yokohama with a van and 4 strong guys. It's big & heavy!
By Ally1 on Tuesday, January 8, 2008 - 12:43 pm:Does anyone have a motorized treadmill or know where I can buy one for a reasonable price, preferably one that isn't too heavy and can be folded against a wall? I live in Tokyo. Thanks.
By Jayneuruh on Saturday, January 12, 2008 - 12:10 pm:I have one I would be willing to sell but I don't think it would suit your purpose. It was expensive, is heavy and cannot be folded. Email me if you are interested. jayneuruh@yahoo.com
