What abouut Isetan? or Talbots? ( the latter carries up to size 18 US).

Isetan has special plus size clothing fairs but of course I don't know if there is one scheduled right now. They have a special club for foreigners and staff there that will help you shop (escort you and translate). This would be in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Isetan is having "Ladies Large Size Fall Clover Sale" 17 - 22 September 6th floor promotional hall. There's a ladies' formal wear sale on the 7th floor from 23-29 September, but no mention of plus sizes. Anyway this is all too late for Shakiba, I guess.
