Maternity Hospital - What to pack?
By Paula Hansen on Tuesday, August 24, 2004 - 10:06 pm: I'm due in a couple of months and will be delivering at a small Japanese Women's Clinic. My question is - what should I pack in my grab & run bag and what things do you think I will need? In NZ all I took was my PJ's, undies, toiletries and a couple of good books, everything else was provided. Advice from mother's experienced in these things would be greatly appreciated.

We poured her beverages, and she could drink from it without worry. We brought a portable tape player, but she didn't used it much. Otherise, we bought small snacks from the local convenience store outside. Good luck, Steve
