By Nathalie1 on Friday, August 3, 2007 - 12:02 am:You may try to drink Lime Blossom Tea before going to sleep. You can buy this herb tea in department stores, herb tea section or in Loft. It sold 30, 50 or 100 grammes and so on. The lime blossom is very good for sleeping. Please do not mix it with others herbs. Just try this one. It is natural, so it is good for health. I am not a medical doctor, but I am drinking from time to time just before going to bed and it helping me sleeping very well when I feel I need it. If you are overweihgt, you may also drink natural tea (you make your own tea) without sugar during the day. It is helping to loose weight. I hope it helps.

By Meginsapporo on Sunday, August 5, 2007 - 8:12 am:I read about Sleep Apnea Syndrome and seems like that's what you have... but as I'm not a doctor, you should see a doctor. Common symptoms are: Feel tired during the day Snoring Headache in the morning Feel not having slept well Wake up many times during the night to go to bathroom Unfortunately, I don't know an English speaking doctor for sleep, but maybe a generalist can recommend a specialist...
By Nathalie1 on Sunday, August 5, 2007 - 5:24 pm:As for hospital, I have heard that the Toranomon hospital in Toranomon in Tokyo has a section specialized on snorring problem. I have seen a documentary on NHK on this problem of sleep cured at this hospital.
