I am newly pregnant and this is my very first pregnancy. I am 27 and am living in Tokyo. I am looking for a place in Shinagawa where I can safely go for aerobics classes. It seems that I cannot join just about any gym for aerobics. Can someone please help me on locating such a place?

I have always done aerobics exercises and feel great due to it and want to continue as much as I can in my pregnancy as well.

The gym called Central Club TOA has some Maternity Arobics and water exercise classes. I am not sure if they have any gym in Shinagawa. Also some (not all) of the Tipness clubs have the similar classes
