By Jellund on Thursday, July 7, 2005 - 2:19 pm: I am part of a great little playgroup called Eigo de Asobu, it was formed by a woman at Shibuya Ward Office and is held in various ward office halls in Harajuku and Sendagaya on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month from 10.30-11.30am. Japanese and Foreign Mums and kids get together to speak in English and we have some songs and craft activities. Membership is 2000yen for 3 months and this is to cover craft materials and books. We are looking for more people to join, if you are interested please email me for more information. We also organise cultural outings and seasonal parties, we will have a mums and kids Japanese tea ceremony lesson at the end of this month. Looking forward to hearing from people who would like to join or just come along and see what it's like.
