By karyn on Sunday, September 16, 2001 - 7:45 pm: Hi! I am new to Tokyo and I am seeking information about resources for gifted children. Does anyone have any advice or resources? Thanks

I have quite a few online resources for gifted children as I have a 14 yr old daughter. Also www.freespirit.com is a US publisher that specializes in this topic. If you would like the url's that I have feel free to email me.
By Jill McArthy on Monday, May 27, 2002 - 7:36 pm:I have just completed a section on homeschooling children with special needs including gifted children for an organization I volunteer with. You will find it at the National Home Education Network website www.nhen.org The direct link to the special needs section is {http://www.nhen.org/specneed/default.asp?id=271 Here you will find essays by parents, websites, email lists, and books that homeschooling parents have found useful. The NHEN website has a lot of great information for homeschoolers. It is non-commercial and it is totally inclusive. If you find the information useful please consider joining as we would like your support. Membership is free. Jill
