My wife who is Japanese and I have just moved from Australia to Tokyo and were wondering if anyone nows of any play groups, mother groups or activity classes in the Mita, Ebisu or Shinagawa areas our daughter who is 9 months old could join.

Looking for a playgroup for my 2 1/2 year old daughter. She is bilingual (japanese/english). We live in Ebisu but willing to travel to near by stations.

Activity Group in the Shibaura area (JR Tamachi Sta.)

We organize a fun activity class in English for your babies/toddlers. It is run by a private playgroup and is not intended for teaching English or Japanese. Children will enjoy a circle time with songs & dances and story time. And great opportunity to meet other parents in your area! The current participants are Japanese or half-Japanese children, but any nationalities are welcome! We organize some parties (cultural or just for fun) and attend International events as well.

When: Mondays, Fridays 10:30am
Where: Shibaura Island (JR Tamachi Station or Mita Line, Mita Station)
Age Group: 0 to 2 year olds
*** Each family pay 1,000yen for a class.
