It's the time of year again when plans are urgently put together for winter holidays. I was wondering about travel insurance both for inside Japan and for abroad. I am guessing that they might well be two different products. Has anyone actually made a claim to this JBI insurance? What was the overall service, response, etc. like?

I'm also interested in the multiple trip insurance because I also don't enjoy filling out the paperwork every single time I leave the country.
