Need help to find an insurance company speaking either English or French that will insure my valuables for roberry, fire, water, earthquarke damages etc.

I heard that japanese insurances normally do not cover damages following earthquarkes, but that some foreign companies do it.

I am looking for a good premium rate/coverage ratio.
