Earthquake Learning Center Visitors can experience a number of earthquake simulations and scenarios that teach you how best you can respond to each situation. The instructions are available only in Japanese, therefore when you go to the Center, take your translator with you. If you need any translational help, please call MIFA (03-3715-4671). They have volunteer staff for this task. Place: 1-9-7 Chuocho, Meguroku TokyoTime: 9 a.m. to noon, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Closed: Wednesdays, every 2nd Thursday, every 4th Saturday, Day after national holiday, and the year-end and New Year's holiday Admission: Free
